Senior Portraits
When I started my photography in 2008, senior portraits were not offered the way they are now. Over time, I've realized how significant it is to capture these transitional moments. These portraits are more than just keepsakes; they're vital tools as students step into college life, offering them professional headshots for new opportunities.
What I value most, though, goes beyond just capturing stunning images. It's the meaningful conversations I have with seniors about their aspirations, regardless of whether they are college-bound or headed straight into the workforce. Our interactions not only enrich the experience but also provide me with a unique insight into the thoughts and dreams of today's youth.
My work at Square One is more than just a job; it has a deep personal impact, reminding me every day of the importance of guidance, mentorship, and connection with one another. By the end of the session, I consider my seniors as more than just subjects, but as friends.
Above all, my ultimate goal with each photoshoot is to ensure that every senior leaves feeling empowered, self-confident, and excited about what the future holds.
